Ready, Set, Go!

The region leadership is busy preparing for the 2021 Founder Region Conference and we can’t wait for our members to see all that we have planned. The Call to Conference will be released this Friday so stay tuned as we “Dream BIG for the future!”

We hope you can “feel the anticipation” from the teasers that have been released in the newsletters these past months, and I hope you are feeling inspired to get involved. Here are a few items you can take action on right away:

Conference Shirt - Order your 100 Year Anniversary Commemorative shirt through Custom Ink. This is the first Founder Region shirt that has been available for many years, so  don’t miss out on this opportunity. Group order sales end on March 31st.

Conference Service Project - Start sewing dresses for the Conference Service Project. We are partnering with “Dress a Girl Around the World” and SI/Antioch to sew dresses for girls in under-developed countries. Everything you need to know is posted to the region website including the pattern.  Have fun and be creative! 

Call to Caucus - Register for the Caucus on March 31st.  Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the proposed amendments to Founder Region Bylaws and Founder Region Fellowship Bylaws that will be voted on before conference. You will also have the opportunity to nominate candidates from the floor for the 2021-2023 Nominating Committee.

Conference Club Sales - Meet with your club and plan what items you might want to sell on the Conference Club Sales page . Shirts, hats, scarves, pens, tote bags etc… The possibilities are endless and members love to buy logo wear so get creative. Be sure and pay the $50 licensing fee and submit the form to SIA if using any of their logos.
