Welcome 2024

The past few months have been extremely hectic. We have been through District Meetings and many holiday parties and fundraisers. Live Your Dream applications have been submitted and clubs are in the midst of judging for deserving awardees. Many clubs are also working on their Violet Richardson Award judging. Several clubs are working on Dream It, Be It projects, many of them new to the program. Our Founder Region clubs have been busy bees!

This coming year we need to focus on our mission of helping women and girls. As usual, this past year has been difficult for many of them as they struggle to care for their families and juggle education and expenses. They need us now more than ever and every one of us can make a difference in their lives. The service we give to others brings meaning to our lives as well and a sense of purpose. By helping women and girls live their best life, we are spreading happiness in the world for generations yet to come.  Let us continue to “Bee the Dream!” for these women and girls so other’s dreams can come true.

I am so proud of our Founder Region clubs and I am looking forward to this new year and to seeing many of you in the upcoming months. As a board we are Busy Bees beginning to plan our May Conference and upcoming in-person Leadership Training in June. Remember, your District Director is always available to help you with your projects and service work.

As I have said so many times these past few months,  “We can all Bee anything! We can Bee Kind, Bee Helpful, Bee Courageous, you can fill in the blank with just about any positive word.”   However, we all must continue to “Bee the Dream!”.
